Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
